Lessons from Agile.

The culture of a company is made of goals, processes, and beliefs that are rooted within the business. Changing the company’s culture to an agile one is difficult but possible.

You should begin with leaderships tools, the vision and role modeling of those who are in charge. Thereafter, it’s the agile tools and systems that the company choose to use must be conducive to results.

When trying to change an organization, be careful to not fall into these traps:

  1. Focusing on maximizing shareholder value
  2. Manipulating shares price
  3. Cost-oriented economics
  4. Backwards-looking strategy
